Your wellbeing is our priority.
Basic foot care is an essential part of encouraging better general health.
After all, our feet take the entire weight and impact of our bodies.
We’re here to help keep you moving and as comfortable as possible.
3D Orthotics.
Poor footwear, posture and foot alignment can cause intense pain. Our bespoke orthotics are made to fit the needs of each patient. We’ll address your specific complaint through a comprehensive biomechanical assessment and 3D scanning of your feet.
Diabetic care.
Diabetic feet require regular assessment and management. We provide diagnosis and ongoing treatment for all diabetic related foot complaints and related health issues. Working closely with GPs and other specialists, we deliver the most comprehensive screening to our patients.
Nail surgery.
Nail surgery is performed in clinic to treat Onychocryptosis (in-grown toenails). Using a local anaesthetic and aseptic techniques during surgery, we reduce discomfort and occurrence of infection, while ensuring a faster recovery time.
Sports injury.
Pain in the foot, ankle, knee, hip and lower back are common in professional athletes and casual exercisers alike. Book in for an assessment for a range of musculoskeletal pain and sports injuries.
So much more than your feet.
Pain and discomfort can manifest in many ways.
We believe in treating the individual and identifying the cause of the problem.
To do this, we use a range of holistic treatments to locate dysfunction
in the body, helping to manage the condition and reduce your recovery time.
Activation. The Douglas Heel Method.
Activation is a system that enhances performance, encourages healing and manages everyday stress. By creating a greater structural integrity in your body, we can help you reach higher levels of strength, flexibility, speed, balance and endurance.
It all starts by looking at the ways your body compensates when it’s not properly engaging its prime movers. Increasing your body’s ability to perform, we can then build up your resilience and reduce the risk of injury.
Musculoskeletal pain & Dry needling.
Musculoskeletal pain is a disorder caused by sensitivity and tightness in your myofascial tissues. Through dry needling and myofascial release, we target the source of your pain. This releases trigger points, reducing pain and swelling. We use dry needling to complement other aspects of care to ensure the best outcome, whatever your podiatry needs.
Thongs that love
your feet.
Summer’s nearly here and we’ve got your arches covered. We’re now an approved seller of Archies – the orthotic thongs and slides that are recommended by podiatrists.
Thanks to their specialised foam material, Archies mould to your feet. They provide real arch support, with an elevated heel to reduce strain on the ankle and achilles tendon.
